With our hectic work schedules and the combined force of the smartphone and internet taking over our lives, we have individually given rise to a collective pandemic of irregular sleep cycles.

Between zero and three months need 14 to 17 hours of sleep every day


Between 4 and 11 months need a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 15 hours of sleep


Between 1 to 2 years need 11 to 14 hours of sleep


Aged between 3 and 4 years require 10-13 hours of sleep

Anywhere between 9 to 11 hours of sleep is essential for kids between 5 and 12 hours


The 13 to 17 kids need close to 8 or 10 hours of sleep
